After 15 years in the wedding industry and a background in planning and venue ownership, I understand how important it is to have a beautiful wedding, without breaking the bank. My love of design, came out of a need to help my couples find affordable wedding floral options & from there, my passion grew. Our goal with Wildflower Affairs, is to help our couple's see their vision come to life in the simplest and most budget friendly way possible. Leave the set-up to us, so that you and your closest family and friends can enjoy this most special day! -Carley
How it works
We start with a questionnaire, a conversation (via email, phone or zoom) and a look at any inspiration photos or Pinterest links you may have! We also need to learn a little more about your venue & event details, like guest count, additional rentals, venue access & what is included in your venue package (unless you have booked one of our venue partners). Once we have all of the info, the next step is a mood board, projects list & receive your quote. For some we may decide on an in person consultation to create mock tables and finalize selections or just have a quick check-in after you have confirmed your final guest count. Once it's show time, our team will come to your venue to drop off personal flowers and complete all set up of reception tables and ceremony decor. After your event is complete, we will be back to gather any rental items or for some, leave you with your items to take home or share with guests!
